I take me ducks picked whole, soak in salt water for a few hours till the blood is a light pink in the water. Drain, dry duck completly. <br /><br />Put it in the rotisserrie. Spray Pam or other cooking type oil on it. Then put salt pepper, garlic and what ever other seasoning to your taste all over it.
